USING THE SITE
The terms for using Decively.
These terms explain how you may use decively.com. They are the rules of an editorial publication. They are not a contract to buy a product, and they are not legal, financial or technical advice.
Using the site
You may read Decively for your own information. You do not need an account. If you use the contact form, you agree to send accurate information and not to use the form to distribute spam, malware or unlawful material.
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for weaknesses, scrape it in a way that degrades it for other readers, or present Decively’s work as your own.
What the publication is
Decively publishes reviews, comparisons and buying guides. An article may rely on official documentation, independent reporting, recurring user feedback, or firsthand use when that use has actually taken place. Research is not described as hands-on testing.
Articles are written to explain fit, cost, limits and trade-offs. They are not a promise that a product will suit every reader, and they do not invent a score or a winner where the evidence does not support one.
No professional advice
Nothing on Decively is legal, financial, medical or professional technical advice. Prices, features, plan limits and availability change. Before you buy or subscribe, confirm the current offer on the provider’s own website, including renewal terms and the total price.
You are responsible for the decision you make. A sentence in a review is not an instruction to buy, and it is not a warranty from Decively.
Purchases and affiliate links
Decively does not sell the products it writes about and does not take your payment. If you buy, you contract with the merchant. The merchant sets the price, the refund rules and the subscription terms, subject to the consumer law that applies to that sale.
Some links are affiliate links. Decively may earn a commission if you take a qualifying action, at no extra cost to you. That relationship is explained on the Affiliate Disclosure page. Using an affiliate link is optional.
Intellectual property
The text, structure and original presentation of Decively are protected. You may quote a short passage for commentary, criticism or news, with credit and a link to the original page. You may not copy articles, republish them, or reuse them to train a public dataset or a competing publication, without permission.
Product names, logos and screenshots remain the property of their owners. Mentioning a product is not a claim that Decively is associated with or endorsed by that company.
The site can change
Pages may be updated, corrected or removed. A later edit does not rewrite what a merchant offered on the day you bought. The site may also be unavailable for maintenance or because of a fault. Decively does not promise uninterrupted access.
These terms may be updated. The date below is the date of the current version. Continuing to use the site after an update means the new version is the one that applies to later use.
Responsibility
Decively takes care to make the basis of an article clear, including uncertainty and limitations. Even so, information can be incomplete or can become out of date. To the extent the law allows, Decively is not liable for a buying decision you make, for a merchant’s product or checkout, or for the content of a website you open from a link.
Nothing in these terms limits a right that consumer law, or another law that applies to you, does not allow to be limited. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud or for any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

If a merchant’s terms differ from a sentence in a Decively article, the merchant’s terms govern your purchase.
