The 2026 Co-anda2x box includes Air straightener 2x, with airflow and passive ceramic plates warmed by that airflow. It is a different attachment from the older Airsmooth 2x seen in many reviews, and from the i.d.’s Dryer+Flyaway smoother.
Also new to this package are the conical barrel, longer 1.6-inch barrel and updated large round brush. “2026 model” describes the refreshed set; the Co-anda2x platform was already reviewed in 2025.
Already own Co-anda2x? Dyson lists Air straightener 2x as compatible with every Co-anda2x color. An accessory purchase may address your need without buying another full kit. It does not fit i.d.
