Ninja AF141 vs Cosori TurboBlaze is a choice between quick, straightforward cooking and a roomier basket with more flexibility. This comparison covers the US 5-quart Ninja AF141 and dark-gray 6-quart Cosori TurboBlaze CAF-DC601-KUS—not Ninja’s larger AF181 or Cosori’s Wi-Fi model.
Quick verdict: Cosori for space, Ninja for simplicity
At similar prices, choose the Cosori TurboBlaze if you regularly cook larger portions or want dedicated baking and proofing settings. Choose the Ninja AF141 for straightforward fries, chicken and reheating, especially when it costs meaningfully less. Independent testing gives Ninja the advantage for preheating speed; Cosori offers more usable cooking surface.
Both have one basket. Neither can cook two foods at different temperatures simultaneously.

Ninja AF141 vs Cosori TurboBlaze at a glance
| Decision point | Ninja / Cosori: the practical difference |
|---|---|
| Basket capacity | Ninja: 5 qt. Cosori: 6 qt. Cosori gives larger portions more room; either can require multiple batches for a full family meal. |
| Measured basket floor | Ninja: 64.9 in². Cosori: 75.5 in². RTINGS measured about 16% more surface area in Cosori—useful for spreading food out. |
| Maximum temperature | Ninja: 400°F. Cosori: 450°F. A higher ceiling adds flexibility; it does not automatically produce better fries. |
| Cooking controls | Ninja: 4 modes and physical buttons. Cosori: 9 modes, touch controls and preheat. Its five fan speeds are selected by the cooking mode, not freely adjustable. |
| Counter space, W × D × H | Ninja: approximately 11.3 × 14.8 × 10.6 in. Cosori: approximately 11.8 × 14.4 × 11.9 in. Allow the ventilation clearance specified in the manual. |
| Basket coating | Ninja: nonstick basket and crisper plate. Current linked Cosori: manufacturer-described PFAS-free ceramic coating. Older TurboBlaze test units used PTFE. |
| Electrical version | Both linked US models: 120V. Regional equivalents can have different model numbers, features and electrical requirements. |
Basket space matters more than the quart label
Illustration of food arrangement, not a Ninja or Cosori basket photograph or cooking test.
The extra quart in Cosori is useful, but the more revealing difference is the basket floor. RTINGS measured 75.5 in² for TurboBlaze versus 64.9 in² for AF141. That is roughly 16% more room, not an extra cooking zone.
For fillets, vegetables and wings, spreading food out matters more than filling the basket to the top. Our buying interpretation: prefer Cosori when the smaller basket would regularly force a second batch. For smaller portions, Ninja’s shorter body may fit better beneath a low cabinet.

Cooking results: faster heating versus more flexibility
Illustration of everyday air frying versus baking and proofing needs—not results from either machine.
RTINGS found both capable of good air frying. In its controlled preheat test, Ninja reached 400°F in 2 minutes 17 seconds, against 3 minutes 2 seconds for Cosori. Ninja also maintained a steadier temperature. Those are laboratory measurements, not a guarantee of every recipe’s finishing time.
Cosori’s advantage is the broader cooking range: dedicated Bake and Proof modes use different airflow from high-speed air frying. The manufacturer confirms that fan speed follows the selected mode. You can adjust time and temperature, but cannot simply choose any of the five speeds independently.
For everyday frozen snacks, do not pay extra just for a longer mode list. For baking, dough proofing and bigger portions, Cosori’s extra flexibility has a clearer purpose.
Cleaning and coating: check the version you buy
Cosori now describes the linked basket and crisper tray as PFAS-free ceramic-coated and dishwasher-safe. RTINGS explicitly states that its older TurboBlaze unit used PTFE. Its cooking measurements remain useful background, but they do not establish the revised coating’s long-term durability or cleaning performance.
Ninja specifies a nonstick basket and crisper plate. Avoid treating every Ninja or Cosori listing as the same coating version. Use nonabrasive utensils and follow the supplied care instructions; neither coating should be judged scratch-proof from marketing alone.
Neither linked model has a viewing window. You will need to open the drawer to inspect browning, and neither provides a shake reminder in RTINGS’ tested versions.
Which is the better buy at today’s price?
Buy Cosori when the price gap is small and the wider basket or baking/proofing functions will get regular use. Its compromise is a taller body and slower preheating in the independent comparison.
Buy Ninja AF141 when it is substantially cheaper and you want compact, simple cooking rather than extra presets. Its compromise is less basket space and no dedicated preheat mode. A modest saving is less persuasive if you will often need two batches.
Does TurboBlaze have manually adjustable fan speeds?
No. Cosori’s five fan speeds are tied to the selected cooking mode. Time and temperature remain adjustable.
Can I use these Amazon.com models outside the US?
Check the exact electrical rating before buying. These US units are 120V appliances. Amazon local matching may send international readers to a different model or search results; verify the selected SKU, coating, voltage, plug, delivery and warranty.
